Cindy Liu

Cindy Liu is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and business development within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the China Chief Executive at BICS since May 2013, Cindy previously held the position of Sales Director at CBCcom from August 2011 to April 2013. Prior to that role, Cindy co-founded China BADW Company Limited and worked as a Business Development Manager at both China Netcom International Company from June 2003 to July 2007 and China Netcom Broadband Corporation Limited from May 2000 to June 2003.
