David Bech has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. David started working at BICS in 2009 as a Data Sales Coordinator, responsible for managing a portfolio of about 100 customers for SMS contracts. David focused on increasing traffic volumes and revenue generation from SMS contracts. In 2010, they transitioned to a role as a Service Engineer, configuring BICS' network to interconnect mobile operators for Mobile Data Products. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Specialist Service Engineer, where they led a messaging service team and managed various one-off projects. In 2014, they were promoted to a Design Engineer and Customer Project Manager position, responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring technical design agreements with customers, and handling proper documentation and invoicing. David continued in this role until the present. Overall, David has demonstrated strong technical and project management skills throughout their career at BICS.

David Bech has a diverse educational background with a focus on business, physics, engineering, mathematics, and general studies. David earned a Master's degree in Physics from Université catholique de Louvain in 2008, specializing in the field of study of Physics. Prior to that, in 2007, they completed a Socrates Intensive Programme in Vacuum Physics and Techniques at the same university. In 2003, David pursued another degree at Université catholique de Louvain, working towards a Grade de Candidat Ingénieur Civil in Engineering.

David began their educational journey with a Pre-university foundation year in Advanced Mathematics at Institut St Louis, Brussels in 1999, further developing their skills in Mathematics. Lastly, in 1998, David completed their European Baccalaureate at European School Brussels II, which provided a well-rounded education without specifying a particular field of study.

To complement their educational background, in 2014, David attended the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in International Business. This program served as a bridge between their technical background and the world of business.
