Guy Mbondo Eale has over 22 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Senior Service Delivery Manager at BICS since February 2011. In this role, Guy supports and connects African operators by enhancing traditional telecommunications services and introducing added value services related to roaming and IoT.
