Ivan Markovic

Ivan Markovic has extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. Ivan began their career in 2014 as a Junior Associate at PE Post of Serbia, where they worked until 2015. Ivan then transitioned to the role of Account Manager at the same company and held this position until 2018. In 2018, Ivan joined TeleSign as a Business Development Associate and worked there until 2021. During their time at TeleSign, they also became a part of the newly formed BICS IoT Market Development team based out of the TeleSign Belgrade Office, where they held the role of Sales Development Representative for Internet of Things (IoT). In 2021, Ivan joined BICS as a Sales Development Team Lead, responsible for recruiting and hiring new Sales Development Representatives and leading their training. Ivan managed part of the whole SDR team and reported directly to the Manager and Director of the Market Development team. Ivan's work experience showcases their expertise in sales development, account management, and business development.

Ivan Markovic earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University of Belgrade, graduating in 2013. Ivan obtained additional certifications in various areas such as leadership, management, writing, and securing the Internet of Things (IoT) from LinkedIn. Ivan completed the "Transitioning from Manager to Leader" course in August 2022, the "Management: Top Tips" and "Writing with Impact" courses in May 2021, the "Leadership: Practical Skills" course in April 2021, and the "Securing the IoT: Introduction," "Business Writing Principles," and "IoT Foundations: Fundamentals" courses in 2020.
