Laurent Missa

Laurent Missa has over 25 years of experience in network management and operational support systems, currently serving as OSS Manager at Belgacom International Carrier Services (BICS) since August 2002. Prior roles include Senior Operation Support Systems Manager at KPNQwest and IP Network Systems Manager at Ebone, where responsibilities encompassed network management strategy development, alarm correlation, and performance management. Laurent's career began at Belgacom from March 1996 to March 1999 as a Network Management Engineer, providing support for data networks and implementing performance management systems. Additionally, Laurent worked as a Teaching Assistant in Data Networking at the University of Liège before earning a Civil Engineering degree in Computer Science and Data Networks from the same institution.
