Lorena Lüer has extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as Head of Service Delivery Management at BICS since September 2009, following a role as Senior Regional Technical Manager. Prior to this, Lorena worked as a Senior Network Engineer at Entel PCS from 2000 to September 2009. Educational qualifications include a degree in Civil Electronics Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria, attained between 1992 and 1998, and foundational education completed at Compañia de Maria in Viña del Mar from 1980 to 1991.
