Raphaël Glatt

Raphaël Glatt has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Raphaël began their career at Alcatel in 1998 as a Sales Engineer. Raphaël then worked as a Sales Engineer at Proximus from 1999 to 2000 before joining Star Informatic as a Business Development Manager from 2000 to 2002. From 2002 to 2003, they served as a Sales Engineer at Metasolv. Glatt then worked as a Business Development Manager at Dangaard Telecom from 2003 to 2006.

In 2006, Glatt joined Roamware Inc.-EMEA, Brussels Office as a Technical Account Manager and stayed there until 2010. Raphaël then joined BICS in 2010 and held multiple roles with increasing responsibilities. Raphaël started as a Senior Product Manager from 2010 to 2011, followed by the position of Head of Signalling & Big Data Business Unit from 2011 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for managing the P&L, commercial strategy, and the portfolio of the Signalling Business Unit with revenues of over €55M annually. Raphaël also played a key role in creating and launching the company's Big Data Initiative.

From 2017 to 2021, Glatt served as the Head of Signalling, 5G, Big Data, and Roaming Platforms at BICS. In this position, they managed the P&L, commercial strategy, and the portfolio of the Signalling & Roaming Business Unit with revenues of over €105M annually. Raphaël was responsible for overseeing the company's Big Data Initiative, roaming platforms, SS7 and LTE signaling, and Value Added Services.

Most recently, Glatt has taken on the role of Head of Customer Success Management at BICS. Raphaël is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining the worldwide enterprise customer success organization. Their responsibilities include ensuring a smooth onboarding process, supporting and implementing customer lifecycle management, and capturing business value. Raphaël manages a global team of Customer Success Managers and Business Analysts to support the enterprise customers and manage a revenue of over 75 million euros.

Raphaël Glatt's education history begins in 1976 at Tachkemoni, where they pursued their studies until 1990. During this time, no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
