Raphaël Glatt has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Raphaël began their career at Alcatel in 1998 as a Sales Engineer. Raphaël then worked as a Sales Engineer at Proximus from 1999 to 2000 before joining Star Informatic as a Business Development Manager from 2000 to 2002. Most recently, Glatt has taken on the role of Head of Customer Success Management at BICS. Raphaël is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining the worldwide enterprise customer success organization. Their responsibilities include ensuring a smooth onboarding process, supporting and implementing customer lifecycle management, and capturing business value. Raphaël manages a global team of Customer Success Managers and Business Analysts to support the enterprise customers and manage a revenue of over 75 million euros.
