Sergii Statnikov

Sergii Statnikov has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Sergii currently works as a DevOps Engineer at BICS, starting from August 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Senior IT Engineer (Linux) at EVRY Sverige (Infopulse Ukraine LLC - EVRY's subsidiary) from May 2015 to November 2019. Before that, they worked as a Senior System Administrator at MTS Group, where they gained extensive expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux deployment and administration, Red Hat Cluster Suite and GFS implementation and administration, and management of Red Hat Satellite and virtual infrastructure running by VMWare vSphere. Sergii's professional journey began as a Technical Support Engineer at TV Broadcasting Company "Studio 1+1" from May 1999 to August 2004.

Sergii Statnikov completed their primary and secondary education from 1983 to 1993 at Kyiv city secondary school No. 238. Afterward, they attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 1993 to 1999, where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Informatics and Computing Techniques.

In addition to their formal education, Sergii Statnikov also acquired two certifications from Red Hat. Sergii became a Red Hat Certified Technician for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 in October 2006 and obtained the Red Hat Certified Engineer certification for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 in December 2010.
