Teodor Kyosev

Teodor Kyosev is currently employed as a Signalling Engineer at BICS since May 2023. Prior to this role, Teodor worked at KPMG IT Service OOD as a Junior Service Manager from December 2022 to May 2023. From January 2020 to December 2022, Teodor served as an Incident Manager at DXC Technology, where responsibilities included managing the restoration of normal service operations and communicating with the Incident Process Owner, as well as overseeing all Major Incidents and implementing the Incident Management process. Teodor also held the position of Incident Lifecycle Coordinator at DXC Technology, focusing on administrative support within the incident management process. Teodor is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics at the College of Agribusiness and Regional Development, expected to be completed in November 2024, and has a secondary education in Information Technology from a mathematical high school.
