Carol Everett Oliver

Carol Everett Oliver is the current President at BICSI, and has held various other positions throughout their long and successful career. Carol started out as the Training and Contractor Manager at Legrand, North America, before moving on to become the Channel Marketing Manager at Berk-Tek, A Nexans Company. Following that, they became the CEO Communications and then the Vice President, Account Services, at Berkley Advertising. In 2010, they were elected BICSI Northeast Region Director and announced at the BICSI 2012 Winter Conference. Finally, in their most recent position, they have been serving as the President at BICSI since 2018. Throughout their many years of experience, Carol has proven herself to be a highly skilled and competent professional, and has made numerous contributions to the fields of marketing, technical writing, and telecommunications design.

Carol Everett Oliver has a B.A. in Advertising from San Jose State University, an A.A. in General Education from Santa Rosa Junior College, and a High School diploma from St. Andrews Priory. Carol also has certification from BICSI in ESS Specialist, RCDD, and RCDD.
