Joy Andis

Joy Andis is the Manager, Certifications Operations at BICSI. Joy has over 11 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to working at BICSI, they were a Recruiting Specialist at Cox Target Media. In their role at Cox, they administered pre-employment testing, maintained applicant tracking, prepared offer letters, and coordinated new hire orientation and paperwork. Joy also created and implemented HR policies and procedures, and attended area job fairs to recruit new employees.

Joy Andis has an Associate's Degree in Sociology from St. Petersburg College. Joy also has a certification from the Institute for Credentialing Excellence in Credentialing Specialist Certificate.
