Bid Win Energy works with start-ups, growing teams, and established organizations to help proposal teams and executive leaders win more RFPs without burning out, even when headcount is tight.

We help clients understand when to bid, sharpen win strategy, and improve how their RFPs get done. Our work includes proposal strategy, bid decision support, RFP process design, writing and proposal breakdown support, and smart AI guidance to improve efficiency using the tools teams already have.

Founded by a proposal practitioner with 15+ years of experience leading high-stakes bids, Bid Win Energy brings structure, strategy, and sustainability to proposal work. Our team includes practitioners who have done the work themselves, allowing us to step in where it helps most, from shaping key sections and executive summaries to developing evaluator-facing messaging that wins bids.

We help teams understand where automation adds value, where it does not, and where human judgment, experience, and clear writing are essential.
