Amy Basel is a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Director with nearly two decades of experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at bidadoo, Amy leads a high-performing team across North America, focusing on enhancing employer branding and optimizing talent acquisition strategies. Previously, they held significant roles at RB Global Inc., the Chicago Transit Authority, and the Chicago Tribune Media Group, where they honed their skills in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder engagement. Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and multiple certificates in Human Resources from DePaul University, and is currently pursuing a Master Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University.
