Marcel D. has extensive experience in management and engineering, having worked in various roles at Bidese Construtora from 2011 to 2013, including positions as Est. em Gerenciamento e Planejamento, Diretor financeiro e administrativo, and Gerente Administrativo e de Planejamento. Prior to that, they held engineering internships at NETZSCH and Mannes Ind. e Comercio de Estofados, Colchões e Espumas Ind. in 2010 and 2007, respectively. Marcel earned a Master of Business Administration in Business Management from FAE Centro Universitário in 2019 and a degree in Production Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná in 2013. They further enhanced their financial expertise by completing a CFO program at Insper in 2022.
