Caroline Cochran

Caroline Cochran has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Caroline started their career at Lockheed Martin in 2008 as a Research and Development employee. In 2009, they worked as an Intelligence Analyst at SRA International. Caroline joined Notehall.com in 2010 as a Client Management employee. After that, they joined IBM in 2010 as a Consultant and later became a Senior Consultant. Caroline achieved top performance at IBM and received several awards. In 2015, they joined Lanetix as a Solution Architect and later became the Director of Solutions. Caroline played a crucial role in the company's growth and its successful series B funding. Caroline then joined Bidgely in 2018, where they held various positions such as Customer Success Delivery Manager, Senior Manager of Customer Success, and Director of Customer Success. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Bidgely, an AI-powered SaaS company focused on clean energy solutions.

Caroline Cochran completed their education at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) degree. Prior to that, they attended Pennsylvania State University from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Security and Risk Analysis, with a focus on Information and Cyber Security.

In addition to their formal education, Caroline Cochran has obtained various certifications. Caroline is certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) by the Co-Active Training Institute, which they achieved in July 2020. Caroline has also obtained certifications in Agile Project Management Principles, Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories, Agile at Work: Reporting with Agile Charts and Boards, Leadership Foundations, Teamwork Foundations, and Managing for Results. These certifications were acquired through LinkedIn, with the most recent obtained in December 2018 and September 2018.
