Pradeep Pg

Pradeep PG has over 15 years of work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Pradeep is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Bidgely since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at NIIT Technologies from February 2018 to November 2019. Pradeep also served as the Talent Acquisition and HR Head at Aimployment Services from April 2017 to February 2018. Pradeep has also held various roles at Vizury, including Head of Talent Acquisition and Development from July 2016 to January 2017, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development from July 2014 to June 2016, and Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development from July 2012 to July 2014. Before joining Vizury, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at InMobi from August 2011 to July 2012. Pradeep started their career as an Assistant Manager of HR at iRunway from August 2008 to August 2011. Pradeep also worked as a Recruitment Officer at CONVERGYS INDIA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED from February 2008 to July 2008 and as a Recruitment Manager at eQura Recruitment Solutions from June 2005 to December 2007.

Pradeep PG attended Bangalore University from 2002 to 2005 where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management (BBM) with a focus on Human Resources (HR). In 2008, they pursued an MBA in HR from IIME and completed it in 2010. In 2009, Pradeep also earned an Advanced Diploma in HR Management (ADHRM) from Ajax Management. Lastly, in 2013, they attended XLRI Jamshedpur and obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) in 2014.
