Shilpa S

Shilpa S began their work experience in 2016 as a Customer Service Officer at Axis Bank, where they handled various banking operations and customer relations. From April to June 2018, they worked as an Operations Management Intern at YAMAHA MOTOR INDIA PVT. LTD., where they evaluated dealers' adherence to service quality standards and compared them with competitors. In October 2018, they became a Live Project Intern at Frost & Sullivan India, where they initiated a custom search engine project and overcame numerous obstacles using their analytical skills. Since April 2019, they have been working as a Data Analyst at Bidgely.

Shilpa S completed their higher secondary education at Kristu Jyoti HSS in Kurishumodu, Kerala, obtaining a Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in an unspecified field of study. Shilpa then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering at Mar Baselios Christian College of Engineering and Technology in Peermade. From 2017 to 2019, they attended Xavier Institute Of Management and Entrepreneurship in Chennai and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management and Business Analytics.
