We're Bidhour, a White Label Paid Media Services Paid per Hour.

We worked with these brands so far: Amazon Jobs, McDonald's, BMW Group, Deutsche Bank, Rolls-Royce, Sainsbury’s, Jaguar Land Rover, Royal Mail, British Army, TSB Bank, YUM! Brands (KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell), Openreach, AXA, B&Q, Screwfix, Forex.com, Epson, BASF, and Investec.

Bidhour is a great solution for agencies and businesses that have unexpected workloads but can't hire a Paid Media Full Time Employee or even a Contractor in time.
They need a "secret weapon", that's when Bidhour saves the day! ❤️

In our experience, this method proved to be very cost and time-efficient for agencies since you don't waste time and money:
- Exploring hiring channels 🔍
- Receiving CV's 📜📜📜📜📜📜📜📜📜
- Building a wishlist; ✏️
- Interviewing; 🗣️💬
- Choosing "The One"; 🫳1️⃣
- Onboarding; 🚢
- Training; 📚
- Following up; 👀
- Managing people, payroll, holidays, etc; 🏢📇📆🗃️
- Giving feedback; 🗣️💬
- Eventually, lose employees and contractors. ❌
(Back in the loop of hiring again...) ♾️

Some tested and confirmed benefits of our model:
- For hours records and management, we use Toggl Track which is super helpful: toggl.com/track. We send weekly reports of the worked hours so you have full visibility.
- Login/platform access will be via YOUR email/domain, so you still control our access.
- We are an LTD that will easily bill via monthly invoice.
- No bureaucracy, red tape to start or finish, or contract commitments. The only formality is the invoice at the end of the month.
- We're extremely focused on the agency clients' businesses, "if they're making money, we are making money; if they are profitable, we are profitable."
- We're not limited to working just on weekdays so your operation could gain a +2 days a week boost.
- No upfront payments.
- Our 30 years of combined experience (hands-on and strategy) in almost all industries.
