Allen Shipes

Allen Shipes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and engineering. Currently serving as Managing Director at Bidspeed and as President and Managing Partner at PACT, LLC since January 2014, Allen has previously held significant roles such as Vice President of Operations at Logistic Specialties, Inc. and President at Ralley Technologies, LLC. Allen's early career includes project management at ARINC and project engineering at SAIC, following a tenure as an Airborne Communications Technician in the United States Air Force. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and an Associate of Science in Avionics Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
