David Stringer is currently the Director and Head of Technology & Innovation at Bidwells, a role they have held since 2025. With over 30 years of experience, David has a strong background in digital transformation and agile methodologies, having previously served as the FinTech/RegTech Portfolio Lead at PwC UK. Prior to that, David was with the Royal Navy, where they held the position of Head of Engineering (Nuclear Control & Instrumentation) from 1991 to 2011. David earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Portsmouth between 2015 and 2016.
