Jonathan Wright

Jonathan Wright is a Partner at Bidwells, one of the UK's leading property consultancies, where work focuses on the 'golden triangle' of Cambridge, London, and Oxford, responsible for a significant portion of real estate activity in the UK. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Building Surveyor at Carter Jonas, where responsibilities included refurbishment and long-term maintenance of properties for various stakeholders, alongside expertise in Dilapidations within commercial property. Jonathan's career began with a student placement as a Project Manager at Sheffield Hallam University, overseeing diverse projects in the university's property and estate portfolio. Jonathan holds a 1st Class Honours degree in Building Surveying from Sheffield Hallam University, completed in 2010.
