Rami Saab is an experienced culinary professional with a solid background in restaurant management and kitchen operations. Currently serving as the head chef at Palm Spring hotels since May 2010, Rami oversees all operations in the kitchen, including staff hiring, food purchases, and training. Rami has also held roles as Executive Chef at Daina restaurants for a brief period in February 2005, focusing on recipe creation and task delegation. Additionally, Rami has been a Sous Chef at Bistro 22 since December 2013, ensuring daily operations and quality control. Rami has also taken on the role of Head of Department at Biesse Group since December 2017 and has been the Executive Chef in Lebanon since September 2020. Rami holds a degree from the American University of Beirut.
