Roger Endo began their career in 2000 as an intern at Maclinea while completing a degree in Eletrotécnica at CEFET-PR. They gained extensive experience in manufacturing, progressing from electric technician to Technical Assistance Supervisor. Roger later worked as a Travel Sales Consultant at Cefla Finishing Italy in Brazil and is currently the Area Manager for Wood LATAM at Biesse, serving the wood market across Latin America.
