Li Huang

Li Huang has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1998 with Assurant as an IT Analyst. In this role, they designed and developed programs and conducted system analysis and testing. In 1999, Li Huang joined AutoNation as a Programmer Analyst, where they led the Conversion and Development teams and successfully converted legacy payroll systems into a central ADP Payroll system. They also designed, developed, and tested PeopleSoft applications. Li Huang later held various roles at AutoNation, including IT Manager, IT Director, and Director of PMO, BPM, and QA. In these roles, they oversaw corporate applications and had responsibilities in project management and quality assurance. Since 2017, Li Huang has been working at BIFARM as an Operations Officer, specializing in gardening with smart technology.

Li Huang earned an MBA degree in CIS and Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, where they studied from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, Li Huang completed their undergraduate studies in Economics at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. In addition to their formal education, Li Huang obtained the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from FAU Executive Education in 2011 and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI in 2003.
