Anthony Aarons

Anthony Aarons has a strong background in recruitment, spanning over two decades. Anthony began their career as a Corporate Account Manager at Jobsite, where they worked from 2000 to 2007. Anthony then joined Connaught PLC as the Head of Recruitment for Connaught Compliance, managing a team of resourcing consultants and overseeing the recruitment process for 2200 employees. In 2010, they were promoted to Group Head of Recruitment at Connaught PLC, where they were responsible for all recruitment activity across the entire organization. Aarons then moved on to Santia Consulting Ltd in 2011, serving as the Head of Recruitment and handling the full recruitment process for the company. In 2012, they joined Biffa as the Group Head of Recruitment.
