Darryl Collins

Darryl Collins is the Head of HR Shared Services at Biffa, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Head of Payroll at The Rank Group from 2017 to 2022, where they managed payroll for 8,500 employees and oversaw significant initiatives including the implementation of a lunar payroll system. Darryl also held the position of Payroll Director at ISS Facility Services UK from 2022 to 2025, leading a payroll team of 52 and spearheading a payroll transformation program. Earlier in their career, they worked as a CoreHR Applications Consultant at Capita, focusing on software implementation for various clients across the UK. Darryl holds a Foundation degree in Payroll Management from the University of Worcester.
