David Parles

David Parles is an experienced cyber security and IT professional with a robust background in network and telecom management. Since January 2022, David has served as the Head of Cyber Security at Biffa. Prior to this role, David was the IT Director at the Council of Reserve Forces and Cadets Association from August 2017 to January 2022, overseeing the CIS function and managing various IT operations. David's extensive experience includes consultancy work at Parish Consulting, roles as Network and Telecoms Manager at BRE and Tata Consultancy Services, and network management positions at Veolia Water Shared Services and National Business Communications. David began his career at British Telecom as an installer after earning a City and Guilds degree in electronics from college.
