Laura Slaven

Laura Slaven has over a decade of experience in administrative and payroll roles, currently serving as Subcontract Assist Executive at Biffa since October 2011, where previous titles include Document Compliance Administrator, Subcontracted Services Senior Executive, and Invoice Reconciliation Administrator. Prior experience includes managing payroll functions as Payroll Administrator at Orion Electrotech from July 2010 to October 2011, where new processes were implemented to enhance efficiency. Laura also completed a Human Resources Apprenticeship at Buckinghamshire County Council, handling various HR tasks from September 2009 to July 2010. Laura holds an NVQ in Business and Administration from Aylesbury College, achieved in 2010, and completed secondary education at The Grange School in Aylesbury from 2001 to 2006.
