Mark Shaw

Mark Shaw is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Manager PRF at Biffa since August 2023. Previous roles include Engineering Manager at Wincanton from May 2022 to August 2023 and Engineering Team Lead at Ocado Group from August 2020 to May 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing automation systems in a fully automated facility. Earlier experience includes working as a Field Service Engineer at GEESINKNORBA from February 2014 to August 2020 and serving as a Mechanical Engineer in the British Army for seven years, focusing on mechanical engineering work on the Challenger 2 main battle tank in diverse environments, including Iraq and Afghanistan. Mark Shaw is currently pursuing a degree in Engineering at The Open University from March 2025 to March 2029.
