Natalie Miles

Natalie Miles is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as Head of Technical Services at Biffa since October 2009. This role encompasses the management and maintenance of Biffa's production application environment and telecommunications infrastructure, leveraging extensive project and change management expertise. Prior to this position, Natalie held several roles at Biffa, including Senior Technical Delivery Manager and Technical Project Manager, following the merger with Greenstar, where the role of Technical Project Manager was specifically created. Earlier experience includes positions in IT support and engineering at Greenstar, Tiscali, Nildram, and REDNET.
