Simon Baddeley

Simon Baddeley is an experienced professional in the construction and services sectors, currently serving as Major Projects Director and Commercial Director at Biffa since August 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the Development and Commercial teams for the Public Sector business unit. Prior to this, Simon held various significant roles at Kier Group from January 2011 to July 2016, including Business Development Director and Regional Commercial Director, along with leadership positions at Lovell Partnerships Ltd. and Connaught Partnerships Limited. Simon began a career at Costain as a Quantity Surveyor and holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, completed in 2010.
