Steve Cole

Steve Cole is an experienced finance professional with a comprehensive background in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Biffa Municipal, Steve oversees the finance function and is part of the Executive Management Team, previously holding positions such as Group Fleet & Procurement Director and Divisional Finance Director within Biffa, a leading UK waste management company. Prior experiences include Finance and Commercial Director roles at SPIE UK and Capita, where Steve managed financial oversight for services provided to the NHS. Additional roles include Financial Controller at Tribal Group and Maxwell Stamp PLC, as well as positions at Seaco and BNY Mellon. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Geography from Queen Mary, University of London, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
