Susannah Jacques

Susannah Jacques has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Susannah currently works at Biffa as the Head of Brand & Reputation, where they are responsible for aligning the business around a cohesive brand narrative and identity. Prior to this, they held the position of Brand Manager at Biffa, where they developed the brand strategy and architecture and monitored brand health.

Before joining Biffa, Susannah worked at Deliveroo as a Senior Manager, where they oversaw media and brand campaigns as well as sponsorship and events. Their responsibilities included managing activation of sponsorships and brand partnerships in the UK.

Susannah also worked at Hyundai Motor UK, where they held the role of Senior Manager in Brand Experience and Sponsorship and Advertising Manager. In these roles, they managed the activation of Hyundai's global and local sponsorships and brand partnerships in the UK and developed and delivered integrated activation campaigns.

Earlier in their career, they worked at CSM Sport & Entertainment as a Senior Account Manager, managing global sponsorship activation for Land Rover in rugby and equestrian events. Susannah also worked at CSM Live as a Senior Project Manager, where they oversaw the implementation of the London 2012 brand across all host cities.

Their work experience began at Bay Media, where they worked as a Sales Manager.

Susannah Jacques has a diverse education history that includes both formal degrees and specific training programs. In 2022, they completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson, focusing on Brand Management. In 2014, they obtained a Diploma from the European Sponsorship Association, specializing in Sponsorship. Prior to that, they attended the University of Exeter from 2005 to 2008 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Politics. In 2008, they attended the Prague Film Institute for a short course on Introduction to Filmmaking. Susannah Jacques completed their secondary education at The King's School, Canterbury, from 1999 to 2004.
