Will Keer

Will Keer has over 16 years of work experience, starting in 2007 with SWR. Will began as an Operations Executive before moving up to an Area Manager and eventually an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for strategic development, budgeting, account management, and marketing support. In 2014, they joined SWRnewstar as a Motor Development Director, overseeing the growth and development of the company's Motor division. Will later held roles as Development Director and Corporate Accounts Director before becoming the Business Development Director in 2020. Will Keer is currently the Head of Corporate Accounts - Construction & Supply at Biffa, a position they started in 2023.

Will Keer attended Guildford County from 1994 to 2000, where they pursued A Levels in Biology, English Literature, and Geography. Will then went on to study at the University of Essex from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature.
