Big AV is a collective founded by Black professionals in the custom installation industry who recognized the importance of taking diversity seriously in an industry where representation is often lacking. We are dedicated to promoting inclusivity, creating opportunities for integrators of all backgrounds, and advancing the conversation around diversity within the field. Our mission is to provide members with unparalleled training, support, and collaboration, ensuring that all voices are heard and that innovation is driven by diverse perspectives. As leaders in the industry, Big AV strives to empower the next generation of integrators through education, mentorship, and a strong, united community.
