Ashley Baum

Ashley Baum has worked in a variety of roles within the fashion industry. In 2020, they became the Director of CX at Big Blanket Co and later added the role of Director of CX + Social Media. Prior to this, they worked at Mac & Mia from 2016 to 2020, where their roles included Sales Project Manager, Sales & Service Coordinator, Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator, Sales Marketing Assistant, and Wearhouse Fulfillment Speciallist. In 2017, they worked as a Sales Representative at Annie O Showroom. Ashley also interned with Knot Standard and Bonnie Atlas in 2017 and 2016 respectively, and worked as a Showroom Intern with Dee & Co. Showroom in 2016.

Ashley Baum attended Columbia College Chicago from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a degree in Arts Management with a field of study in Fashion Merchandising.
