Big Break Foundation is committed to accelerating change in the Location-Based Experience industry by promoting equity, inclusion, and justice.

We prioritize Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) at every level. Through strategic collaboration, education, and advocacy, we amplify the voices of marginalized communities and support both emerging and established organizations.

Guided by our core principles,
We:
Enlighten through education and awareness
Amplify underrepresented voices and initiatives
Celebrate diverse identities and experiences
Trailblaze by challenging systems and fostering progress

Together, we foster safe, inclusive spaces that respect differences and boldly drive change.

Join us in reshaping the future of the Location-Based Experience industry.
