Roderick contributed to brand growth of over 15% by delivering regular business reviews to larger clients with specific recommendations resulting in sales growth, and generated $1M+ in revenue growth by negotiating and delivering on the renewal of five multi-year client contracts protecting $7M+ in annual contract value. From 1997 to 2009, they worked as a Managing Director at Dechert-Hampe & Co., where they were responsible for high profile clients such as Mars, Red Bull, Ready Pac, Kellogg, and Best Buy.
