Murat Aslan is a seasoned culinary professional with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Kitchen Coordinator and Board Advisor at BIGCHEFS since 2011, they also founded the Culinary Forum Antalya in 2020. Murat’s previous roles include Regional Executive Chef at MAGIC LIFE and Executive Chef at Istanbul Doors Group. They received culinary training from Anadolu Aşçılık Meslek Lisesi, where they honed their skills from 1988 to 1995.
