Big Chief Tire is an organization dedicated to excellence in customer service. When you visit our stores, you can be assured that you are dealing with an experienced tire professional. Our employees average 10 years with Big Chief Tire! You will not find that kind of knowledge and dedication with any other tire company on the First Coast or anywhere in the United States for that matter! We want you to be our customer not only for today but for generations to come. You will notice that we have a family atmosphere in our stores, and we want to welcome you into our family.
Honesty, integrity and fairness are the foundation of our business. When Fritz Parman Sr. and Fritz Parman Jr. started this company in 1961 they realized the importance of doing business the right way. Today, the Parman family continues to operate Big Chief Tire with the same principles. We don’t answer to a corporate office thousands of miles away, all decisions are made right here in Jacksonville and the people who make the decisions are on-site and available to every customer. Our company is proud to be a member of the Jacksonville community. We help support our local sports teams, civic organizations, churches, schools and proudly support our military community who serve our great country throughout the world.
