Donna Cope

Donna Cope has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 25 years. Donna started their career as a Staff Accountant at DeLoach Poarch & Associates and Larry Russell, CPA, where they prepared corporate year-end write-ups, income tax returns, and performed bookkeeping tasks. Donna then worked as a Controller at Modified Rubber Industries, overseeing financial operations and managing daily accounting functions.

Donna's next position was at Big Communications as a Controller / General Manager, where they directed project-based accounting processes and operations of an advertising agency, prepared financial statements, and monitored company profitability. Donna then became an Accounting Supervisor at DRI Corporation, where they had daily oversight of accounting activities for the parent company and its subsidiaries.

Following this, Donna served as the Director of Finance at MicroMass Communications, Inc., managing project-based accounting processes and providing support in areas of operations and HR. Donna continued their career as a Finance Manager at Veritas Collaborative, where they oversaw accounting operations for a healthcare organization and directed monthly close processes.

Donna then took on the role of an Accounting Manager at Precision Walls, Inc., providing interim support for the accounting team of a construction contractor. After that, they became the General Manager / Director of Finance at FirstPoint, Inc., overseeing finance and operations for an association management company.

Donna's most recent position is the Director of Finance at Big Communications, where they are responsible for financial management and reporting. Throughout their career, Donna has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Donna Cope attended the University of Montevallo from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
