Donna Freeman

Donna Freeman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in proposal management and marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Proposal Manager at Big-D Construction since November 2020, Freeman has previously held managerial positions in the restaurant and marketing sectors. These include roles as Restaurant Manager at The Capital Grille and Marketing Manager at Peterson Structural Engineers, Inc., Elcon Associates, Inc., and Kumin. Freeman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
