Prior to founding BDS, they held various business development roles at companies like YA | Engage, MH Equity Services, Dataco, Banta Corporation, and RR Donnelley & Sons Company. Paul Leuer holds a B.A in Economics - International Business from the University of Iowa and a degree in French, International Business from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
