Big Fish Careers is an ed-tech and career-guidance platform, part of the wider Big Fish educational ecosystem that runs international camps and learning programs in Ukraine, Portugal, Greece, the UK, and Spain.

We help teenagers and young adults make better decisions about their future by combining career-guidance testing, personalized reports, additional self-discovery assessments, mentoring, and practical career exploration.

Our digital platform allows students to explore their interests, strengths, motivation, work style, and ideal learning or working environments. It includes career-guidance tests, personalized reports, additional assessments, and mini-internships that help students test possible career paths through practical tasks and real-world challenges.

Beyond the platform, Big Fish Careers offers mentoring, university-preparation support, online courses, bootcamps, and international educational programs. Through our camps and project-based learning experiences, students develop communication, leadership, creativity, critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Our approach goes beyond traditional career testing. We help students move from reflection to action: choosing university directions, building passion projects, exploring future professions, preparing stronger portfolios, and developing the skills needed for the world ahead.

Our mission is to make career guidance more practical, personal, and future-focused — helping young people move from uncertainty to clarity, and from self-discovery to action.
