Big Fish Foundation exists to strengthen Veterans, their families, and their communities through connection, growth, and service.

Founded by Marine Corps veteran Brian “Tosh” Chontosh, the Foundation helps Veterans rediscover purpose and belonging after military service by engaging them in experiences that challenge the body, expand the mind, and restore authentic human connection.

Through small-group retreats, workshops, and community initiatives, Big Fish Foundation creates environments where participants learn to lead themselves and others -- fostering the kind of accountability, teamwork, and resilience that translates into every aspect of life.

Each program is designed to help Veterans reconnect with what makes them strong and to continue serving, both inside and outside the uniform.

Big Fish Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit built on the belief that when Veterans thrive, our entire nation grows stronger.
