BfA is a Kenyan consultancy firm committed to supporting improvements in the water and sanitation sector. Since our inception in 2015, we have pioneered work on improving operational efficiency, securing commercial financing, and capital investments to aid expansion of services to unserved and underserved areas. Our efforts also focus on performance improvements and sector governance including gender equality and social inclusion.

Over the years, BfA has collaborated with more than 24 county governments, over 30 Water Service Providers (WSPs), Bilateral Institutions, NGO’s, Non-state actors and private sector entities. We have been instrumental in supporting financial institutions make entry into the water sector.

One of our notable achievements includes developing investment proposals valued at €88.4 million for infrastructure projects to benefit over 1.5 Million people.
