Big Hit was born, February 2013 with a vision of bringing the fitness benefits of kickboxing and Muay Thai style fitness classes to communities where all levels of ability are welcome. 

Big Hit is built on the blueprint of creating intense 30-45 minute classes which use techniques from a combination of mixed martial arts, in a boutique studio setting.
