Steve Ruder is a seasoned leader in education and workforce development, currently serving as Vice President at Big Interview. They have extensive experience in various educational roles, including as an Administrator at Walton Academy, where they transformed a failing school into a respected institution and achieved significant growth and student success. Ruder has held key positions in organizations like Amplio, where they played a crucial role in sales and government relations, and Lexonik, where they focused on implementing business strategies in educational markets. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Masters Level Therapist with the Department of Juvenile Justice and developed a progressive art curriculum as an Art Teacher.
