We at big little things are focusing on employee excitement. By supporting companies with their employer branding strategy we are helping to create a appreciative and motivating work culture. We curate individual and personalisable surprise boxes with high-quality sustainable products from your city. Our producers are a variety of small local manufacturers and innovative startups from the region. With our special selection of local products, we achieve two things. Firstly, we are surprising, motivating and inspiring every single employee by delivering a meaningful gift. Secondly, we contribute to the diversity of our local ecnonomies and offer young innovative companies and small producers support to stay in business during these challenging times.

If you would like to work with us we are happy to provide you a motivating gift for your employees, business partners or clients as a care package, event box, birthday present or seasonal gift. We support to throughout the full process by taking care of concept, design, product selection, fulfillment, storage, dispatch and case handling. You are looking for something special or do you want to add your own branded products? No problem, there are no limits to creativity. We offer companies full flexibility and are happy to work with you on an individual box for your employees, business partners or clients.
