Dane Schmidt brings extensive experience in the music industry, having held prominent roles such as Sr. Director of Creative at Sony Music Publishing from August 2017 to June 2022, and VP Creative at TREE VIBEZ MUSIC LLC from September 2015 to March 2017, where notable achievements included securing multiple chart-topping hits. Currently serving as A&R at ERN’s Cadillac Music under Big Loud since April 2025, Dane is also the Founder and CEO of daschent.
